JUDYTA SLOMIAN

Hi! I'm a filmmaker, writer, and photographer based in Berlin. Next to working on personal projects, I work on commercial and film sets in the production and directing departments. I also have experience working for film festivals in the industry, education, and media departments.

I'm interested in telling honest and intimate stories and questioning who, when, and why. I take what is in and around me and I translate reality to fiction.

I shoot films on 8mm, 16mm, and digitally. When it comes to photography I prefer analog (Pentax K1000) but I also like exploring the possibilities of digital with my Fuji X-T20.
